MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in good standing in the year in which the post scholarship is to be awarded
2. Applicant must attend a high school within Carroll County
3. Applicant must have a 3.0 average in core subjects from grades 9-12
4. Applicant must reside in or commute to the College attending
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach official school transcript
2. Provide class ranking
3. Provide name & address of University, College, or Technical College to be enrolled in
4. List major or area of study
5. Attach 500-word Essay using questions listed below item 13 on the Scholarship Application Form
6. Attach a recommendation letter from either a teacher or Guidance Counselor
7. Return Scholarship package to the Guidance Counselor by March 31
SCHOLARSHIP AWARD NOTIFICATION
1. The award recipient will be notified by Telephone and Letter.
2. The scholarship check will be made out to both the recipient and the University, College or Technical College and will be mailed directly to the school.
